It does work, although it produces blank pages here and there (blank page problem should be fixed with version 2.1 of "oki4drv"), and it took 200 lines of scripting and a few hours to make it fit into LPD in a sensible way.<p> Now that I've got it working, it's an OK little printer, but there are so many quirks it's not clear that it's really a good choice. <p> The oki4linux package includes little datablobs to cat into the printer to make it standby after 8 minutes, or right away. I don't think they're working.<p> Please report whether it works with the "oki4w" Ghostscript driver.<p> </en> </comments> </printer>
